I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The scale read 199.5 this morning.

Not QUITE the loss I wanted (it's only 1/2 a pound) but it's something - and it OFFICIALLY puts me into the one hundreds!!!

WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Tuesday, June 10, 2008

gah!

Two hundred.

2. Followed to two zeros.

NOT the one followed by other numbers I was so craving.

So I've started Alli in the hopes that it will kick my ass into gear and prevent me from eating "just a little bit" of the food I love. Because seriously - who can say "no more" to potato chips? Ice cream? Candy? Dips?

Not I.

So with the fear of God in me - and the fear that I'll crap my pants - I've started.

We'll see how it goes.

crap.

I didn't get to work out today - DH wanted me to come home to help take care of DD since he had school work to do, which really sucks because I not only had my swimming stuff with me, but I was really looking forward to it. I'll go tomorrow to get my workout in, but I'm still bummed about today.

Especially since I had (eek!) two pieces of pizza for breakfast and we're going to Red Lobster for dinner...I know the diet is going to be broken.

I'm going to have to kick ass for the rest of the week to make up for that meal!

ha! half a pound less!

Did some circuit superset training yesterday.

Ate a yogurt for dinner (not to lose weight, just seriously not hungry).

Weighed in this morning - 200 FLAT.

One more eensie weensie pound and I'm officially in the onesies.

I CAN'T FREAKING WAIT!

so close, and yet so far...

I weighed in this morning, hoping and praying to have hit my magical number of 199.5.

Unfortunately, it was not meant to be. I still lost weight - one lb - but I'm still not there.

It's so frustrating to work so hard and bust your ass when nothing comes of it. I know, I know, weight loss is a journey, not a destination, blah blah blah.

But still.

This has, however, sparked a fire underneath my butt and I'm heading to the gym tonight after work to either try a new class (spin, maybe ringside boxing, we'll see) or to do more HIIT training on the treadmill.

I've always weighed in on Thursday OR Friday - whichever is the lowest weight is the one I count. Yes, this is technically cheating, but it works for me. Usually I find the two weights are the exact same, but it's still incentive to get my rear in gear and push harder to make that goal.

Only two more pounds till the magical TWENTY-FIVE POUNDS gone. I can't wait.
